Heritage Women’s Center
Location: Downtown Nashville
The Department Manager for the Women’s Health Center plays a key leadership role in overseeing daily operations across multiple physician practices within the scope of women’s health services—including obstetrics, gynecology, and urogynecology. This position reports directly to the Director of Clinic Operations and serves as the primary liaison between clinical staff, physicians, and administration. In addition to managing departmental operations, the Department Manager may serve in a support role for other clinic managers during absences or emergencies and may occasionally participate in clinical staffing if needed.
Internal Medicine & Pediatrics
Location: Grassland
This position supports patient care by performing clerical, administrative, and clinical duties within the scope of practice for a Registered Nurse under Tennessee state law. The RN may be assigned to a specific clinic or provider or may float between locations based on operational needs. Success in this role requires working collaboratively and professionally with physicians, providers, team members, patients, and the public. In addition to the duties listed below, the RN may be asked to take on other responsibilities as needed to support the team and meet HMA standards.
Pediatric Gastroenterology
Location: Westgate Office, Building 2
This position supports patient care by performing clerical, administrative, and clinical duties within the scope of practice for a Registered Nurse under Tennessee state law.
